Manual Therapy
Our orthopedic therapists specialize in safe, advanced mobilization techniques to immediately reduce pain and restore function. Physical therapists use their hands to put pressure on muscle tissue and mobilize joints in an attempt to decrease pain caused by muscle spasm, muscle tension, and joint dysfunction.
Massage Therapy

Therapeutic Exercise / Functional Training
Our orthopedic therapists will design an exercise program in order to increase strength, decrease muscle imbalance, improve balance and coordination, and correct movement dysfunctions, in activies such as walking, running, sports, etc. We will individualize your program with specific stretching, strengthening, and cardiovascular activities that your body needs.
Modalities
Available modalities include mechanical traction, electrical stimulation, ultrasound, moist heat packs, cryotheraphy, iontophoresis, and biofeedback. |
