These reusable cold packs are durable and effective in decreasing pain and swelling. The smaller cold pack is flexible and great to use on ankles, knees, elbows, shoulders, wrists/hands, and necks. The large cold pack can be used for thoracic/lumbar areas or lumbar and hips.

Scott® Trochanter Belts

Thera-Bands®
Thera-Bands® come in four varying degrees of resistance that allow you to perform hundreds of exercises for all muscle groups with the same piece of equipment. It is an excellent strengthening tool for shoulder injuries (especially rotator cuff) and wrist and ankle sprains. Our physical therapists can construct an entire home exercise program for your whole body that uses Thera-Bands, which is ideal for those who travel.
Because of the versatility they provide in strengthening and conditioning your muscles, you can take your bands with you to work, to school or even on vacation. The resistance varies from yellow (least), red, blue and gray (most).

Leukotape® P
Leukotape® P is a rayon-backed tape with a strong, zinc oxide adhesive that our therapists recommend for sports taping of knee, hip and shoulder.It provides very effective support, swelling control and can facilitate proper alignment of your joints. It is more comfortable than bracing.
It was originally designed for the knees of professional tennis players and is very effective in reducing symptoms from chondromalacia. A physical therapist will need to instruct you on home self-taping techniques. Because it is highly adhesive, this tape should only be applied over Kinesiotape or Cover-Roll stretch tape and never directly onto your skin's surface.

KinesioTape®
KinesioTape® is a technique based on the body's own natural healing process and exhibits its efficacy through the activation of neurological and circulatory systems. Some major functions of Kinesiotaping are to support muscles and thereby reduce muscle fatigue, injuries and cramps, improve range of motion, reduce pain and inflammation, increase blood flow and lymphatic circulation and correct joint problems.
Kinesiotape allows the body and muscles to move freely while assisting rehabilitation and allowing full range of motion. Kinesiotape is excellent for people with sensitive skin. A physical therapist will need to instruct you on home self-taping techniques.

Cover Roll®
Cover Roll® stretch tape is a non woven, cross-elastic bandage that is excellent to protect your skin when used under Leukotape. It is hypoallergenic, air-permeable and latex-free. Use care when taking this tape off and either let warm water run over the taped area or use a lotion before slowly peeling off the tape.
A physical therapist will need to instruct you on home self-taping techniques.
